Let Biodegradable Sugarcane Bagasse Tableware into Our Life

Environmental protection is meaningful and valuable, everyone has the responsibility to take care of the environment!.
Environmental protection means that human beings consciously protect natural resources and make rational use of them
to prevent the natural environment from being polluted and destroyed. We should make comprehensive management of the
polluted and damaged environment, so as to create an environment suitable for human life and work, coordinate the relationship
between man and nature, and let people live in harmony with nature.
We need to use environmentally friendly materials in our daily life, such as the most common bagasse tableware on the
market today.
A.What is Sugarcane Bagasse?
Sugarcane Bagasse (also named bagasse or sugarcane pulp) is a kind of compostable biodegradable material. The
tableware made of bagasse have high whiteness and tightness, good temperature and oil resistance, non-toxic and tasteless.
With innovative product design concept, we provide professionalgreen food packaging solutions to realize the whole process
of environmental protection, meet the needs of more diverse scenesand higher quality, and let the public enjoy carefree and
convenient at the same time, build a better life.
B.What are the advantages of Bagasse?
Bagasse is 100% compostable and it biodegrades in 60-90 days. Through the use of this product, you are contributing to
a sustainable planet. Bagasse is a tree-free readily renewable resource and provides a superior alternative to petroleum derived
products. It will biodegrade and will not stay in the environment for hundreds of years.
C.How to use Bagasse?
Bagasse bowls, plates, cups, straws and other tableware are often used in family life, gatherings of relatives and friends, and
business banquets. Using these products eliminates a lot of cleaning and, more importantly, it can be disposed of with kitchen
waste without distinction because it is compostable and biodegradable.
D.How long does Bagasse take to biodegrade?
The rate of decomposition depends on the composting conditions – the temperature, turnover rate, moisture, etc. Just like
other compostable material, products will biodegrade much faster if they are broken into smaller pieces. Bagasse tableware will
biodegrade at the same rate as garden waste in a home composting system, which, depending on the home composting system,
can be approximately 90 days. They will degrade faster in a commercial composting facility.
Specifically, the bottom is covered with soil, and some bagasse is put in to fill the soil. Of course, some fallen leaves or
sugarcane leaves can also be added. There you go. Isn't that super easy?! It's kind of like sandwich composting. Of course,
if you want to save more time, pour the bagasse completely in, cover it with soil, and stir it well with a shovel before adding soil.
E. How does Bagasse adapt to temperature?
Bagasse tableware will handle hot food and beverages up to 212 degrees. It is also microwave safe. However, the tableware
does “sweat” with hot foods and some condensation will form at the bottom of the tableware with hot foods. Bagasse is both microwave
and freezer safe.
F.How to produce Bagasse tableware?
Sugar cane fiber bagasse tableware is made by pressing the pulp at high pressure and temperatures to a mold form. It is sterilized
and sanitized and conforms to FDA Administration guidelines.
